  • Field Case Management
    • In person management and interaction with all involved parties on an existing claim to assure quality medical care is received and return to work is successful, resulting in decreased claim cost
  • Field Case Management TASK Assignment
    • One time consultation with the claimant, provider, employer, OR delivery of medical records
  • Telephonic Case Management
    • Strategic management of a claim file telephonically to assure quality care is being rendered and return to work is timely and successful
  • In-house Case Management
    • Dedicated internal Nurse Case Management provided to a specific partner to assure first report of injury and timely medical care is rendered and continued to closure
  • Life Care Planning
    • Comprehensive tool to identify future medical needs for individuals sustaining catastrophic or complicated injuries/illness
  • Medical Cost Projections
    • Detailed analysis to assess future appropriate medical care costs aiding our customers in setting adequate reserves and provide avenue for moving towards resolution and settlement out of court
  • Medicare Set-Asides
      • Limited (non-surgical diagnosis)
      • Standard (surgery rendered)
      • Complex (traumatic incident)

      Expert analysis to assist in determining the appropriate set-aside amount based on the condition, current treatment, projected future treatment, and life expectancy of an injured worker that would otherwise be processed by Medicare.

  • Utilization Review
    • RN review of out of network and in network medical bills to assure cost are related to claim and care

      • Prospective Review – pre-certification
      • Concurrent Review – during episode of care
